They say that “the devil is in the details” and it is Marie’s attention to those details contributes to her successful managing of our properties. Her plain speaking and focused approach engenders respect from not only her team, but also our clients and partners.
Marie has a BA in Business Administration from American International University and an Associates of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Broward Community College. Since entering the real estate realm in 2003, she has learned the "ins and outs" of residential and commercial property management, real estate sales and closings.
Before joining the Tobin Properties’ team, Marie served as a closing coordinator for a residential real estate developer in South Florida. Closing over 750 condominium units in a little over a year gave her high-level ability to streamline the closing process and provide top flight service to buyers and brokers.
She has a Florida Community Association Manager’s License.
A music lover - Marie was the Drum Major in her high school marching band for three years.
